Steve founded the firm in 1984 and has operated it continuously since that time in Spartanburg, SC.  He carries licenses for insurance and registrations for securities sales, and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Cetera Advisor Networks.

Steve is a current member in good standing of The Financial Planning Association.  Additionally, he is a past local and state president of The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.  He is currently a member and past president of The Spartanburg Estate Planning Council.

An alumnus of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he located to the upstate of South Carolina in 1979. He is married to Wanda Noblin, and has three grown children and eight grandchildren.

In 2019, Jordan relocated his family from Charlotte, NC to join the practice as a Financial Professional. He is responsible for running the back office functions of the practice including client onboarding, trade execution and confirmation, and account surveillance. Due to the fact that the office does not outsource account management, each of our advisory accounts are associated to an individual model. This requires the accounts to be followed regularly in-house, which is Jordan's primary responsibility. 

Jordan is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Cetera Advisor Networks.  In addition to his internal responsibilities in the practice, Jordan works directly with individuals and businesses providing financial planning and investment advisory services. 

An alumnus of Clemson University with a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture, Jordan is active away from work with his wife and two sons, and tries to sneak in a round of golf when he can.

I have worked in this office for over 15 years. In my time here, I have watched clients come in from all walks of life. Often times, they come in feeling very vulnerable and guarded. I am proud of the fact that our financial professionals try to relate to clients on their level. Our firm's aim is to make clients feel like they can have control of their finances with our help. They can rely on our financial professionals to give them straight-forward, honest advice. It does not have to be a chore. I truly like my job, but when I'm not at work, I like to spend time with my family and our dog Lacie. I enjoy going on road trips and spending time outdoors.
